How is this not a "diet"?
We treat weight problems like any other serious medical illness. We believe obesity is a chronic disease, much like high blood pressure or diabetes. But we also believe that even people who just want to lose 10-15 pounds shouldn't really think of themselves as "going on a diet" — because what typically happens is, you go on a diet, and then you go off a diet. By definition, after the diet you return to the same old habits that might have gotten you in trouble in the first place.
We prefer to think of what we do at Thin-site as helping people figure out how, why, and in what areas they need to make permanent lifestyle changes — gratifying, meaningful changes that will improve their health and fitness over the long term.
How long does a Thin-site premium membership last?
A premium membership to Thin-site means you'll receive a full 12 weeks of emails and targeted weight-loss help and inspiration. If you'd like to stay withThin-site team after the initial 12 weeks are up, you don't have to do anything at all. You will automatically be enrolled into our maintenance plan and continue receiving emails 3x a week for the reduced rate of $8.95/month. You may cancel your membership at any time with absolutely no obligation.
Where can I find information on my orders?
If you have any questions about your order status, either because the package seems to be taking too long to arrive, or you received it and something is missing, or not what you expected, please send an email to support@thin-site.com We will do our utmost to respond within 24 hours, every Monday thru Friday excepting major holidays. But the best part is: Your email will be read by an actual person. No auto-replies or brush-off robot form letters allowed here.
What is your return policy?
We are confident in the quality of the products we offer. But if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know about it and please follow these instructions:
We will accept any unopened, undamaged and unexpired produts for full refund no questions asked. Any opened, damaged or partially used products will be accepted for store credit only.
Email us at support@thin-site.com to request a return. Once you've received authorization, please enclose a copy of the original receipt and packing slip, insure the package, and mail it to the address provided on the original packing slip. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unfortunately.
